So today I’m singing – it’s sort of a continuation from Friday’s ballad…
Today is Roy’s and my 6th Anniversary!
Six years!
WOOHOO!
So I’m singing some love songs today – you know – the kind that make me smile cuz they make me think of the days leading up to our wedding and how exciting it was to think about joining my life with Roy’s. How handsome he was and how I couldn’t wait to be his wife.
And then there are the songs we sang in the car during the days of our sweet honeymoon. He bought me Kelly Clarkson’s CD and “Miss Independent” was my theme song that week. “No longer Miss Independent…”
And I’m even humming some Barry White love songs – under my breath – maybe not loud enough so anyone can hear. I’m thinking that maybe at some point, Barry White was inspired (even just a little bit) by Song of Solomon.
So – while I’m not focusing on the HOUSE today – I am focusing on my hubby. And that’s how my HOME is gonna sing today!

Happy Anniversary! We don’t have a song but I do like the songs that we had sung during our wedding. I suppose that is as close as we’re going to get to a song, lol!
