This week, our church is experiencing the Life Action Revival Summit – an 8 day revival series. I’ve been well acquainted with Life Action throughout my life, and had a really beautiful teacher when I was 5, who traveled with Life Action and is still just a really beautiful, godly woman!
The series started yesterday, and can I just say that I can barely walk today! Not because my ankle hurts – but from totally squished toes!!! You know – it’s not just imagined guilt, or guilt put on me from the enemy – it’s plain ol’ CONVICTION about the state of things in my life.
We were given a Spiritual Inventory booklet – and well, I’m not going to share the exact results with you – but my desire to be a godly woman is going to require a lot of reprioritizing…

Life Action events have impacted my life since childhood, and despite my discomfort, I am looking forward to what God is going to do in my life and in my family.
Nancy Leigh Demoss, author of Lies Women Believe (etc) is affiliated with Life Action, and heads up the True Woman Conferences, as well. We’ll be having a True Woman luncheon tomorrow and I really look forward to that, too.
Do you know and fully understand how amazing it is to have a God who knows and loves you just as you are – and with whom you can have a personal, daily relationship? A God who waits to hear your voice calling out to Him, inviting Him to share your days – joys and pains – and who wants to fill your life with His Presence? He is not a God who wanders far away and turns a deaf ear to the voice of His Beloved. It’s not about being at church every time the doors are open. It’s not about giving a billion dollars to charity. It’s not about being nice to everyone and wearing the right clothes or having the right job or saying the right things. It’s about knowing WHO GOD IS – the I AM – and having a relationship with the One who made you…
